Great service , 3 packs of porcelain came damage but Vic got more sent out to me ( which subsequently got damage by delivery firm before arrival) which then sent me another pallet and still arrived by weekend for my job. Delivery guy great. Vic great , good experience overall
Badly let down by Pavedirect We contacted Vik at PaveDirect on 9th January 2025 to place an order for 86.4 square meters of Stonefire Bronze Porcelain Anti-Slip Paving Packs. Vik let us know that he needed to get more stock in and this would be available the 1st/2nd week of March. By early March I asked for an update to confirm delivery and was told on 12th March that, “Apologies, there has been a delay of 2 to 3 weeks on this container arriving”. Pave Direct are the best compony I have dealt with for a competitive price . I dealt with vik who deserves 10* for customer service . The delivery was fast and efficient . The porcelain tiles are of good quality also . Would highly recommend Pave direct ! You will not be disappointed. Well done vik if only everyone else was as helpful as you .
This company is amazing, we spent days looking for slabs for our pathways, I called them and Rick was so polite, knowledgable and nothing was too much trouble, the product was delivered in time and exactly like the description and photos, i am so pleased with everything and would definately reccomend to anyone, thanks Rick and Pave Direct
