Dr Awal was very empathetic and really supported me with finding the right medication to help with my symptoms of perimenopause. I am now symptom free so i cannot ask for more!

Worth every penny! Finding Nadira was a god send..Her knowledge on the menopause is second to none. She answered all the questions I had and more and prescribed me the medication I needed for my symptoms. Nadira also wrote to my GP and recommended a few things to her for me which was perfect as my GP admitted to me she really doesn’t know a lot about the menopause. Would certainly recommend!!

Today I invested in myself by speaking with Dr Nadira. This was the best decision I have made in a long time. She listened, advised and was thorough throughout the whole consultation. We need more people like her because peri menopause can hit you like a bus and it can feel rather lonely. However Dr Nadira radiates empathy and has an abundance of knowledge which put my overthinking mind at ease. I m so glad I got in touch - she’s fab and I would highly recommend her to everyone!
