The people at Pauls are quite friendly and very helpful. However, my issue with them is the fact that we have had service for months and the pests are only getting worse. I would understand if we lived in a dirty or cluttered house but i am always cleaning. We have discarded cardboard and papers trying to help but nothing seems to work. We have them come out to spray at the end of every month and we even clean all the cabinets out so they can spray inside of them. Feedback: I just wanted to send a brief note regarding a service rep. I called the 850 number, and spoke to Landy (x2113). She was wonderful! She explained everything very clearly, and was not pushy. When I first told her that I would call her back after I spoke with my husband regarding adding on a service, her tone did not switch to someone that may have just "lost" a sale. We have been customers of Paul's Pest Control for 11 years for our normal pest control needs and have always had good customer service. Today, however, we experienced excellent service! At 3 pm on a Friday, we came home to discover bees in our walls. We called Paul's and Waymond and Mindy came right out. They immediately took care of the problem and were courteous and attentive to all our questions and concerns.
