Went in today with an issue where my axle of my rear wheel had snapped. Sadly, they didn’t have any available brand-new in the size Required. But they went above and beyond and went through all their spare parts and found a brand-new Shimano axle and hub that was Previously fitted to a different bike. They gave me great discount for the secondhand part plus lots of advice on how to fit the part to my wheel. After an hour or so, I’ll fit in the axle to my bike. I was back on the road. Utterly shocking customer service , or lack off it, grandson was cycling with me gear change on rear wheel collapsed whilst cycling with me they are trying to tell me its impact damage , how can that be when he was cycling with me at the time and it failed. Did think they were better than that - dire customer service.
Absolutely amazing got my new bike £4k reduction!!!!! Simple because it’s was a 2024 model despite being brand spanking new. Upon unboxing I found a broken component I emailed and within literally 7 minutes a replacement had been shipped out I literally can not fault them and will definitely use again
People I spoke to had minimal experience with mountain bikes and limited knowledge of conponents or what even parts of the bike are called (fine if you want a road bike) . Falsely tried to accuse me of using a bike wrong to not have to go through with warranty claim. The damage to the bike clearly shows that it was caused by an extentsion not a compression of the bike and would have to break the laws of physics to occur in the manor they suggest. Can't recommend.
Recently bought a Raymon e-bike from Paul's cycles, the service has been excellent throughout. Ordered on the Friday and arrived fully assembled an prepped by Tuesday morning. Very simple to rotate the handlebars and get out riding.. I have had a couple of queries since buying and the team at Paul's have been exemplary!
