You might buy new cars from Paul lie but do not go through the service station they told me my battery was dead and they put it in and there was nothing wrong with the battery but they charge me for new battery because they said they couldn't take it out and put it back out in batterycharge me &169 dollars so if I was you do not go to Frank Paul I ford go toGrand ledge Ford service it is Bette like I said don't go to Paulie ford!!!!!!!

Took my truck in for service. Quoted $100 to replace each broen spark plug. They broke 4 then wanted to charge me $5000 because they broke plugs. The next week they called to say they fixed it. Cost me $500 to get truck back.not sure how they could fix after they said it would be $5000 more? Service engine light was on when I got it back. Wound up costing me $300 because they didn't tighten one of the pugs and it loosened and blew out. They also didn't fix alternator issue that I paid for them to do nothing as well.
