As always, the mechanics are awesome, always prompt and efficient. I have to say, if I had listened to Dawn about what I thought was some kind of leak, I wouldn't have brought my car in. It turned out it was a seal near the transmission that was leaking, with almost three hours of labor. All in all, my favorite dealership.
Just purchased my 4th Ford Fusion from Pauli Ford. Over the years, I've not only been pleased with the quality of the product, but equally as important, the quality of customer care and service delivered by the Pauli Family and their team.
Service department is top-notch! They are honest, friendly and good at explaining what needs to be done as well as competitive with pricing.
REALLY HELPFUL- Brian Pauli really went beyond the call of duty. It started when we showed up at the dealership AFTER closing time on a Saturday and he helped us anyway. Then when it came time to actually buy the car, he gave us a great deal! Who could ask for anything more?
Review It was raining outside when I was looking so they brought the car I wanted to look at inside so I could look it over. Took it for a test drive, Roger Epps is a very good, no pressure salesman, he not only pointed out strong points of the vehicle but even pointed out some of the down sides to help me make my choice. Over all had an excellent experience.
I just purchased my second vehicle from Pauli Ford! My salesman Kevin was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in & helped me with the "New" technology when my truck arrived. Bill in financing got me through all the paper work efficiently. The service department has always been top notch. I feel like I have always been treated fairly (not pushy) by the Pauli staff and would highly recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle.
Let me start by saying, I am not the kind of person that likes to go to dealerships. There is nothing I dislike more than a salesman that is just trying to make a sale and doesnt give you space. Pauli Ford is NOTHING like that. They were all VERY NICE and NOT PUSHY at all! We kept contacting them via email and it had to have been somewhat annoying because we were so new to the process, but they continued to be very respectful. I am so happy I was able to do business with Pauli Ford. Very well run family business. I called and spoke with Frank about a few things and from there I worked with Brian, Kevin, Cher and Bill. All were very kind and helpful. When GM/Chrysler took a bail out many years ago, I wrote an email to Ford and told them my next vehicle would be a Ford. I'm glad I kept my word.
