I was happy with service at Pauli Ford. They have a friendly and understanding staff.
The people in the service dept are very helpful ! I bought my used car in April and when the transmission began slipping and the engine light came on I called them for help. Thank goodness I had purchased a warranty when I got the car and all I had to pay was $100.00 for the repairs! Thanks to Jason for coordinating everything!
I bought a new Explorer this spring and I have been very happy with the SUV, and especially pleased with all the service.

I recently had a very stressful service/warranty issue with 2014 Focus and Pauli Ford really came through for me. From the Pauli family to the courtesy driver, Kale, Everyone worked hard to make the experience fair for all. I would also like to send a special thanks to Glenn and Jason in the service department for putting up with me and always treating me with respect. Good service as usual on my F-250. No issues or problems. Been doing business with them for several years.
Another great visit to the service dept. Had snow tires pulled and highway tires mounted and balanced, plus Warranty work done on door locks that had a recall on them. All 4 doors on 2014 Escape. They also replaced all the windshield wipers. They supplied me with a loaner so we wouldn't be without a car as we were taking care of our 2 grandsons due to spring break.
