RecommendedWe had some major issues with our 2104 escape but Even tho it’s was difficult and very frustrating process on our end and I’m sure for the dealership as well we were able to trade in the Escape for a Very nice used 2015 fusion and we couldn’t be happier with how we were treated and getting the situation resolved! Just purchased a 2018 Ford F150 from Pauli Ford. Doing business with them was a pleasure, no pressure, listened to my needs and met them. I had a very positive experience with their service department a couple years ago with my motorhome which is on a Ford platform and that is a primary reason I sought out Pauli Ford when I was ready to replace my pickup. Erin was wonderful and very knowledgeable as my saleslady and I highly recommend you ask for her when you are ready to purchase a new Ford.
Good quality work from a small town dealership. Brought my Edge in for an oil and transmission flush. The mechanic found a slow leaking seal that will be covered by my new car warranty. Some repair shops will not even attempt to flush my Transmission because it is a closed system. The price was about the same as the secondary shops.
The team at Pauli Ford went above and beyond to ensure I received the vehicle I wanted and in the price I was looking for, they also completed the purchase process in under an hour!! I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend the team at Pauli.
