We found our 2013 Ford Explorer online & I was in contact with Tricia right away. She had the vehicle parked out front, freshly detailed & was so friendly. We had 3 of our kids there & they were super patient (lots of popcorn in tow). Everything was done quickly & that same day we drove away with our Explorer. A couple days later there was an issue with my license not having our updated address. Pauli took care of that with SOS for me. A skipped trip to SOS is a good day.
The personnel. I had not purchased a new vehicle in 16 years. Cher was my very patient, kind and knowledgeable sales representative. Not only prior to sale, but afterward. He spent over an hour explaining the technical aspects of my fabulous new Ford Fusion Hybrid. During the course of my purchase all the sales people and owner interacted with me in away that demonstrated a client culture of service and respect.
