Bowen Therapy is amazing and Paula is an excellent practitioner. I spent many months attending various physiotherapists who couldn't ease the pain in my hip but Paula sorted it in one treatment. More recently I had a knee injury and again she has repaired it. Paula is extremely knowledgeable about human anatomy and knows exactly how to gently ease the body towards healing. It still surprises me how this gentle treatment provides such wonderful and lasting results but I am just so very glad that it does.
I have visited Paula's clinic 3 times and it has made such an improvement to physical and mental health . It's the 1st time in a long time I have started to feel good . My pain isn't as bad I feel less stressed and I am thinking more clearly . It's good to start feeling like myself again

Paula has been working with my Gym and our members for the past 2 years. She is not only professional, empathetic, educated and intelligent but she has been incredible with her approach with her clients. I haven't come across one member who has went to client who hasnt left feeling infinitely better after seeing Paula.
Paula is an absolute genius. I’m so glad I have found her and she instantly help me relax and help me remove my chronic pain. I did not know Paula teaches other sport scientists be a sport scientist and I felt I was in safe hands.
