Professional, efficient, genuine and friendly service, throughout the whole process. My mum was moving from her ground floor apartment to a Retirement property. She was not able to email. Had to sell my property which required lease extension. PW was able to support the extension process and deal with the leaseholder which made things so much easier. They aided with all communication between the parties and solicitors and went far and beyond to make sure we were able to complete without delays. Without the assistance this would have been taking a lot longer so I can highly recommend the agency.
