We were very clear upfront that my son was a US citizen (over 18 yrs) with one parent being a UK citizen and looking for visa options. We paid the consultation fee and Paul recommended the ancestry visa. Upon further investigation it became known that US citizens do NOT qualify for that visa. We were sent an invoice for almost 5,000 usd to pursue this dead end avenue and when we confronted Paul and his office staff, we were ignored. He clearly understands the qualifications. Despite paying £400 for a one-hour session, the lawyer was unable to clearly answer several important questions we had.
