Exceptional, Paul has brilliant knowledge in wat he does , he has totally relieved tension in neck muscles from an operation and also helped release pain and aching from a old back muscle injury , I would with out question totally recommend Paul ,

Paul has had the most dramatic effect on my life and my friends who have also benefited from his skills. For myself, I had a nagging neck pain for 3 years, which would come and go every week. Paul is amazing, he's a true Empath . He's brilliant at massage. His services are helping me with my somatic issues, from complex post traumatic stress, that I've carried around for years. I could talk to him for hours, he's very insightful.
