I had a hypnotherapy session with Paul to help with my fear of having sedation and medications that make you feel ‘out of it’, I suppose the overall fear he was treating was loss of control. My experience with Paul has been extremely positive. Paul help me with the urge to bite my nails. Whilst I may have been sceptical, my wife, who Paul saw for smoking sessation, was fully convinced this was the answer, having decided she wanted to quit smoking. The single session took around 1:40 hrs and on her exit from the session she totally floored me with " I dont think its worked, I could do with a cigarette." Fortunately we had disposed of the cancer sticks before going into the session. She survived the first evening even though it was still on her mind.
