If I could give zero stars I would. Took our daughter to the er. The nurses were great but I will never go back and tell everyone to avoid here. Filled out the paperwork and gave her our insurance information. Weeks later we get a bill stating that we didn’t have any insurance when we do not get a phone call or anything. As someone who works in medical billing this is disgusting instead of having someone do their job they just send bills for thousands. Do better.

Had severe nausea. I was seen scanned and taken care of quickly and the nurses were the Friendliest I've ever met.

Very unprofessional team working in the second-floor nursing facility. The people and management act too friendly and can’t be trusted to do their job, as if they are in it for the ‘social aspects’ of the work. Small town life can really get to you. Operations are a s***show and it reflects on the people who work there.

I live out of town and an old back injury flared up while I was in the area for the Fourth of July. I could barely move and couldn’t drive home to see my PCP. Cole and Kylie listened to what was going on with my body and provided the care needed to start the healing process and to help me manage the symptoms. The check in staff was wonderful as well. All around one of the best ER/urgent care visits I've ever had. Appreciate the staff and will recommend this hospital to friends in the area.
