I went to see Paul about giving up smoking and I wasn't expecting much to come from this experience in all honesty but I thought id give it a go, and it literally was the best decision i have made,Really nice and relaxing experience and I haven't had a cigarette since and I used to easily get through a pack a day would totally recommend Paul to others and I wish I did this sooner
I cannot recommend it enough I had a phobia of dogs my whole life and after doing hypnotherapy I am now happy to say that this is not the case anymore I feel very relaxed and comfortable around dogs now and I don’t have to avoid friends with pets or parks anymore.
I went for vaping but it did absolutely nothing to help. I went there very positive but didn’t at any point feel I was hypnotized. I came out with the same cravings for tobacco I went in with
I went to Paul for my emetephobia and wanted help in dealing with my fear. I had 5 sessions and each session I came out feeling even stronger than before. I’ve learnt new ways of coping and that’s all down to Paul. I have learnt how there’s more to life than a phobia and I don’t need it in my life. He also helped overall with my stress and anxiety, being able to manage my stresses and empty my stress cup. I am very thankful to Paul and would recommend him to anyone!
