Extremely disappointing experience with this estate agent. They were marketing several properties on the same road, but one in particular was in poor condition. I was appalled at the lack of professionalism one of their agents openly blamed tenants for major structural and maintenance issues, including significant leaks, unsafe electrics hanging off the wall, and outdated plumbing.
