Bit late to the party, having bought my house through Paul Hubbard 18 months ago, but I was very please with the process, the professionalism, and the service provided. I would recommend as a first-time buyer.

PH have been very supportive of me as I have been selling my parents' house from a distance. Their initial marketing advice was sound and sensible and they managed the resulting large number of viewings efficiently. They also managed the relationship with the ultimate buyer on my behalf and sorted out the inevitable 'to-ing and fro-ing' with minimal drama. We have a result. From day 1 the whole team was so helpful! Was a long process but throughout the whole 8 weeks they were brilliant. Had a lot of issues with other estate agents but not with Paul Hubbard! Couldn’t do enough to help us!
