I wouldn't even give them 1 star if that was an option. I've had 3 experiences with this company and none of them good. The staff are work shy, rude, don't have much knowledge, never have the right amount of tools/equipment, no customer service skill, are always passing the buck and have no respect for home furnishing/carpets etc. They just turned up to my property to do my wetroom floor and they saw the size of it, said they haven't enough vinyl on the van, so they'd have to come back tomorrow and they had no door plates.
