We chose Paul as our wedding photographer because we wanted real photos that truly captured the essence of our big day. We didn't want perfect staged photos and we were hoping for a photographer that wouldn't interfere with the natural course of the day. We got all that and so much more. Had a fantastic half day on a 2 to 1 photography course. It was very relaxed and informative. Learnt a lot in the time. A lovely guy and was easy to talk to even if you didn't know that much about photography. Made me feel happy with my camera again. Would highly recommend a course with Paul.

Wonderful morning with Paul on our 2-1 course. Wanted a refresher and start up course to better understand the Camera,off Automatic settings. Paul was so easy to understand,explained everything at my level,nothing too technical. Helped to get to know my new lens a little better, new interesting techniques that will enhance my camera experience. Learnt more about post production as well. A great course,would recommend Paul highly,hoping to perhaps do another course in the future Thank you Paul for your time and patience .

Paul was great at putting you at ease. He explained things very simply until you understood what he was explaining. He would then go into more detail. This was very helpful when trying to get used to the camera and how it works. We went out to a great location and made the best of our surroundings. We got creative as the night started to draw in. We then went back to the studio to go through each photograph to discuss whether it was a good shot or not, if so why. Could we use post production to make the photo even better. We... read more

I booked my boys with Paul for full day photography workshop using DSL cameras. By the end of day, boys are impressed with their skills to be able to use the camera in manual mode. They particularly appreciated the tips when taking photos. They loved the walk and freedom to take pictures of birds, squirrels and landscapes. They valued last but not the least how to use lightroom to make their photos look good. Overall they had great day and learnt what they wanted and I am impressed how Paul kept both boys engaged though out.... read more
