Paul is a very effective and professional hypnotherapist. I have definitively stopped smoking with his programme, and with his help I have changed my eating habits and have made great progress in my weight loss journey.
I had smoked for over 30 years and had tried everything to stop but always failed. After seeing Paul I haven't smoked since and haven't had the urge to smoke. My only regret is I didn't go to see him sooner.
Paul was a fantastic hypnotherapist that helped me cure my fear of heights. He was professional and friendly and great at answering all my questions, the most important thing though is that he cured my fear so I could ski again without freezing up and having my holiday ruined. Could not recommend him more if you are finding you have a fear that is preventing you from living life to the full.

I went to see Paul ahead of having surgery to deal with my associated anxiety and found the sessions invaluable. Despite us having to navigate sessions both in person and online due to Covid, Paul made it easy to relax into the sessions and I gained a lot from them, both for the specific reason that I sought hypnotherapy, and with regards wider and more longstanding issues and anxiety. Very much recommended.
