My mother, brother & I go to Dr Hartsfield & we think he's the best!! Never had a problem getting a call back from his staff which is a plus! Dr Hartsfield & staff have been so helpful to me with a very stressful medical problem & I can't thank them enough!
Dr. Hartsfield and his staff have treated my time as valuable as theirs. This is something that seems to be non existent these days when it comes to Doctors. Dr. Hartsfield's staff has always followed up when they said the would and are always extremely nice, understanding and genuinely want to help. Thank you Dr. Hartsfield and staff for your help!! If I could give 6 stars, I would!!
When I started going to Dr Hartsfield.... I was nervous because I haven't been to a doctor in a while. I'm particular about how Doctors make me feel. I must say that he was caring. He always ahve a smile on his face. I didn't feel rushed. The staff is very organized and if I have any questions they will call be back with what my doc said by the end of the day, but more than likely within a couple hours. If something is wrong he will quickly do a test and have a 2nd & 3rd plan ready.
Fantastic Doctor. He really cares about his patients and goes the extra mile to take care of them. Wonderfully patient with questions, which is rare. Super nice, easy to talk to, and extremely knowledgeable. He will admit when he doesn't know something and will refer you to an expert in that area.
Doctor is a nice, approachable person. He truly listens. Office staff repeatedly had trouble billing me effectively, despite several attempts, and were not helpful. Office staff did not appear to care to assist patients with billing. Would not recommend, as a result.
I refer all my friend and family to Dr. Hartsfield. Heck I recommend him to strangers. Such a great guy who will take the time to listen to you and do whatever it takes to figure out what's wrong.
