I am a patient of Dr. Hartsfield for many years. I can truly say he listen to your complaint and let you know what the possibilities are going on. He seeks second opinion through others medical tests. He doesn’t pressure you but give you the option. I like his cut and dry diagnosis with no hidden agenda. As a male we often stray away from seeing doctors but Dr. Hartsfield makes you comfortable in telling him what’s going on. I’m a new patient who saw Dr. Paul Hartsfield for the first time June 16. I was impressed with him and liked him right away. I’ve had an on-going health issue and Dr. Hartsfield spent some time asking me some questions and then explained what procedures he wants to do first to try and figure out what is going on. He also wanted to start me on some medicines to see if they help in the meantime. I felt very comfortable with him. He is also sending me to a specialist. I do believe Dr. Hartsfield cares, but he always seems to be in a hurry. I have tried to contact his Clinical staff regarding questions and it took them 12 days to return my call. Very sad considering the circumstances, and they have yet to do anything except let me know that they will be getting back with me soon.

Dr Hartsfield is amazing! He is knowledgeable, caring and thorough. When I am in his office, either with him or his staff, I feel like I am their only patient. I feel very cared about, and they are really on top of everything! It is nice to be surrounded by such caring and capable people. I can't say enough w onderdul things about these people!!
Dr.Hartsfield is awesome. He is kind,easy to talk to,and takes the time to address all of our concerns. My whole family has switched to his office.
He's awesome. The staff is friendly and they get you in and out. I haven't had any complaints thus far. I enjoy calling or going to his office when necessary.
My mother, brother & I go to Dr Hartsfield & we think he's the best!! Never had a problem getting a call back from his staff which is a plus! Dr Hartsfield & staff have been so helpful to me with a very stressful medical problem & I can't thank them enough!
Dr. Hartsfield and his staff have treated my time as valuable as theirs. This is something that seems to be non existent these days when it comes to Doctors. Dr. Hartsfield's staff has always followed up when they said the would and are always extremely nice, understanding and genuinely want to help. Thank you Dr. Hartsfield and staff for your help!! If I could give 6 stars, I would!!
