Paul did a wonderful job on the Sports Massage, was knowledgeable and provided a great experience. Would definitely recommend. Also, the music was perfect for the massage!
Paul was very easy to deal with and provided a great sports massage, really understanding me and my needs as a runner. He took the time to explain what he was doing as he went and sought feedback and adjusting as appropriate. Would highly recommend for anyone in need of sports massage.

A massage with Paul is beyond exceptional, can’t recommend him enough! This is a therapist whose expertise has no ends. The perfect pressure along with his knowledge of anatomy and the attention to detail made my entire body relax and de-stress. Didn’t want the massage to end and can’t wait to come back.
