We've had an outstanding experience with Paul Carr to date. We had James out to value our property twice over the space of a couple of years and we really liked that compared to other estate agents he didn't try to 'sell' to us, he was just honest and helpful. After instructing them, they received an offer on our property in less than 24 hours! I'm not surprised, as the photos and brochure were really high quality. We haven't completed yet, but so far I am incredibly impressed and would work with them again!
