Very impressive initial meeting and presentation of the property on Rightmove but that's where the professionalism ended. Initial agents presenting the property had not prepared appropriately and were poorly informed; another left the property and did not let us know that she had left the doors open when she drove away. Communications via telephone became increasingly difficult to the point where calls were either not answered or not returned.
