Went with Paul Carr to sell my late father in-laws house on ryland road erdington. Great team from Ian barrows to the whole sales team including Kevin and Emily. They was always on top of the sale of the house and advised us accordingly. 5 star in my opinion.

Rating given five stars for Paul Carr had Ian Burrows come over and do a valuation was not pushy at all to go with him. Managed to sell the property STC within the first few weeks of it going live over the asking price! Was on the market a year prior to this with another estate agent and had no luck. Having just used the Paul Carr team in Erdington for my house sale, I'm very happy to recommend them. The team was extremely professional and on the ball. They were efficient and communicated with me well at all times and ensured my house sale was actually an enjoyable process!
