Shocking service from this estate agent. When trying to get information on a house via email, got called back saying it wasn’t anything to do with them and I needed to contact another member of staff but they were not available. When viewing the house, got looked down on as we were a younger couple. Put an offer in and took over a week to hear back which we still didn’t, we ended up removing our offer from the house.
