We had a terrible night with the plumbing, which resulted in us having to turn off the water and the gas boiler. Paul was recommended by a friend, so I called him and he had a good idea what the problem might be. He clarified his call out charge and hourly rates thereafter, so I knew roughly what the cost may be. He arrived shortly afterwards and fixed the problem, which was exactly what he thought it would be, fitting a nice new tap, leaving us with running water, quiet pipes, and a boiler that was working! So, I desperately needed the services of a plumber recently to replace an old and dying boiler. A phone call to Paul, and he said he was happy to come and have a look and quote for the job. Although I did think that when Paul arrived and first saw where the old boiler was positioned and the job itself, he was having second thoughts about taking it on.
