Me and my partner have recently moved into our new property, going through the estate agent Kelsie May. Our experience has been amazing and any issue we ran into along the way, Kelsie has been there to help with! Anytime we called up she was there and even when booking us in to view the property originally, this was arranged for the same day! Overall our experience has been outstanding and if we consider moving in the future, we will most definitely be going through the same estate agents!
From the first time myself and my husband contacted Pattison lane for a viewing to us moving into our new home that we purchased through them, Tiana and Sadie were both amazing! The communication was spot on and both were thoughtful and helpful throughout the whole process. Thank you to everyone that helped us through the process and we highly recommend Pattison lane.
We sold a house with Pattison Lane. Sadie handled the sale, she was professional but friendly and it felt as if she really wanted the bet deal for both sides. It was lovely to deal with her.
I would give this estate agent 0 stars if I could, when trying to view bookings I would have to call them back because being told they would but never did and on top of that when trying to book viewings being declined because they won't accept my income, I am disabled and on benefits and was told they would only include my partners income because she works
Very good and professional service! Kelsie and all staff I interacted with were really helpful. Kelsie was also really patient throughout the whole process.
