I contacted this agency to arrange a viewing, but they never confirmed the appointment. Very disappointing and unprofessional – totally unreliable.
Emily at the Jarrow branch was amazing from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she kept us updated every step of the way. Jason, Dean and Allison were helpful.too, making the selling of our home as smooth and stress free as possible.
Pattinsons estate agents just can't seem to understand the request- to be contacted via email only Mon - Fri. Since being on their radar as a first time buyer (something I've also had to clarify with them many times) I have been getting relentless calls and voicemails during work hours, no emails. It's not as if I only advised them once of my contact preferences. I have even verbalised this to agents when I have been in a position to take a call. We arranged two property viewings through Pattinson. We were early for our time slots and yet the estate agent did not turn up for either viewing. There were also no “for sale” signs for either property, so we’re not sure if the properties have sold ahead of viewing and this information has not been passed onto us. My partner and I had set aside time in a very busy schedule and our morning has been wasted on viewings that did not take place.
