From the start of having to put our family home up for sale Dan was so reassuring/sympathetic and patient with our questions. Hilary was so proactive in chasing both solicitors and whoever needed to be. I felt completely safe knowing she was acting for us and kept us updated and was in touch throughout. She was absolutely brilliant and we could not thank her enough. Susan and the other team members when I spoke to them were also very helpful and just made us relaxed about a stressful time.
