Would give zero stars if it’s an option. Drove this morning 3 hours from Scotland to view a house in heaton, the agent phoned us in the morning to say she would be late 15 mins, we said make it 30 mins. Arrived at the house, nobody there, No calls, no communication Phoned the office, got told, we waited for you and you never turned up Explained we drove 3 hrs to view, careless man on the phone, couldn’t be bothered. I feel sorry for the owners of the properties advertised with them.
Absolutely fantastic service from valuer James Denny. I was feeling quite overwhelmed initially having never gone through the process of a valuation before. James put me at ease straight away with his compassionate and knowledgeable approach and was able to provide a really thorough appointment around my hectic family home environment.
