Very bad experience! I will not recommend this estate agency ever to anyone! They are getting you in a sole selling contract, which will block you to sell your own house with any other agency for 5 months! They don't bother to advertise your house to much. They even didn't bother to put a selling sign on the house.We didn't get any applications for viewings in 3 months after we start the contract with them! They are valuating the house much lower that is the market price or other valuations from different agencies. They are ... read more

For the record i cant give pattinsons a 5 star as a firm but i would without doubt give the girls who dealt with my sale a 5 star plus! louise heslop and kathryn were brilliant with me. Really lovely people. Louise was always available on the phone at anytime aswell and sorted any of my quieries. My gripe is with the company as a whole, i think people should be aware if they buy auction properties from pattinsons it can cause a fair bit of delay and stresses.
