I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly enough, they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy to locate. The Dr reminded me of a mad scientist. He basically told me all of my problems were b/c I am fat. I could stand to loose a few but I am by no means fat. Went somewhere else.

I am very unhappy with the dermatology profession in general. They are so overbooked that they don't spend enough time with you. I waited six months for an appointment. Then waited over an hour 1/2 to be seen for my first consult. The nurse/assistant spent much more time with me than the doctor and she seemed to care. The doctor barely spent any time with me and when I thought he would come back in, he was done, and that was that. I was told I would have to make another appt for more questions.
