Does this provider have helpful information available online? No, just a basic listings page Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond Did this provider answer all of your questions? Yes

Sometimes, I usually have to convince them to look into the situation Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did this provider show attention to detail? Kind of, but not very much

Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while. Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Yes

Dr Patrick, his partner & the staff ARE amazing! They were kind and patient, very understanding to my needs. I can't speak highly enough of them, they are a great bunch of people who really care about thier patients.

I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

No Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes

Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
