Were you able to relax during your appointment? Not really, I was a little uneasy Did this provider show attention to detail? Kind of, but not very much Was this provider late to your appointments? Sometimes, it was a little frustrating Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile

I told everyone how great they were the first chance I got. I have never had better service or care at any other dermatologist. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I considered their waiting area chairs to be pretty comfortable. I didn't mind waiting at all. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Yes, I know I can count on them to find a solution
