Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Does this provider welcome questions? No, They dismissed my questions as unimportant Did this provider use excessive foul language? Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Yes

Did this provider rush your appointment? Yes, I felt like an annoyance! Was this provider's office too loud? Way too loud! I could barely hear what anyone was saying over the noise Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Somewhat, they didn't want to listen to almost anything I said Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I left with more problems than I came with! Dr Patrick was rude to my 80 year hard of hearing Mother, She didn't feel respected there. . Because of the way she was treated by Dr Patrick she was completely distressed during her appointment. He could not tolerant her hearing problem so much so that he gritted his teeth when he had to repeat himself.., Instead of telling her that he wanted her to sit on the bed which was behind her he just told her to back up.
