Have been a patient of Dr. Volak for over a decade. He is extraordinarily knowledgeable and takes time to answer any questions and to explain any procedures. Totally trust in his care.
Paperwork was completed via telephone interview. Procedure was on time and staff and the doctor were pleasant and efficient. I woke up without pain (but hungry). I later learned that Dr. Volak had talked with my wife during my recovery and answered all of her questions.
Excellent demeanor and care. The staff are so nice.

I didn't even want to give one star. Absolutely horrible experience with this Doctor. He was more concerned about getting more money from me and my insurance then he did listening to my concerns and issues. He told me to do my own research on my condition and then prescribe a medication that was not covered by my insurance. I called everyday for over a week to ask him to change the prescription.
