Dr. Volak is 100%+ an excellent Doctor, listener, communicator, and one who truly cares about his patients. Paperwork was completed via telephone interview. Procedure was on time and staff and the doctor were pleasant and efficient. I woke up without pain (but hungry). I later learned that Dr. Volak had talked with my wife during my recovery and answered all of her questions.
