I have been a long time patient of Dr Volak. He is highly competent. Have always felt I am in the best of hands! Amazing staff!
Facility is excellent. Everyone very friendly/professional. Dr. Volak saw me before the procedure and explained everything that would happen. Afterwards, had report with pictures and explanation of findings. Felt very confident in his care
I've been a patient for 10 plus years. He's treated my husband and I both. He is kind, listens to you, and is very accommodating. He is a great doctor. I haven't had any issues with his staff. I've always been treated well and my husband as well.
Nursing staff and follow through after procedures has been extremely difficult. They are unresponsive and show no concern with my very important follow up ordered by Dr Volak. Three weeks and still waiting to get scheduled for MRI. Very disappointed.
I went to Dr. Volak for a routine colonoscopy over ten years ago. I called his office to schedule another one after ten years. The first problem was getting through to the person to set up the appointment. They only have one person who does that, and if she's on the phone, you can forget it. Eventually, after several calls, I was able to make an appointment for 1:15pm later, thinking it would be first after lunch. I arrived ten minutes early and checked in. Very informative and easy to understand. Takes the time to explain the problem and what may have caused it as well as what to do to prevent this from occurring again in the future. Very professional!
Great staff, excellent doctor. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. He’s the absolute best!
Dr Volak is amazing but the nurses were not helpful when there was a problem with a prescription. Very disappointed with his staff.
