Dr Volack is great! Knowledgeable, succinct and didn’t talk down to me. His staff leaves some to be desired. No one introduced themselves to me, I was left a very, very hot room for quite a while and the lab that this office uses is worthless. Repeated calls produced no one returning my calls. Husband finally called over a week later and found out lab sample couldn’t be used. No one called to inform me. Still don’t know what I have, two weeks after appointment. Frustrating!
Very professional with the very friendly and helpful staff from the moment I entered the office thought the procedure. Dr. Volak was recommented to me very highly and he exceeded my expectations in every way.

I wish all doctors were like Dr. Volack. He embodies the care that all doctors should strive for. I am lucky to have had him as my doctor and my life is better because of it.
Dr. Volak is caring and will take time to listen to your concerns, answer your questions, and take great care of you. He knows what he’s doing and I believe you’ll get the best outcomes possible using him. And, he’s just a really nice person. His office staff is good and his surgical staff is great. His surgery center is top-notch! I’ll continue to use him and I highly recommend him!
Dr. Volak is always personable and puts you at ease. I explained how as much as I dislike the prep routine the worst part for me is how sick the anesthesia makes me. I usually spend the rest of the day sick and in bed. This time they gave me something for the nausea and I woke up alert and hungry. All the staff we dealt with at the hospital were very nice and professional.
