From the time you enter you are treated to become relaxed and assured you made the right choice-from the receptionist to the nurses and especially Dr Volak the atmosphere is one of friendly confidence. And I was getting a rotorruter!!
He was patient and answered any and all of our questions. He had reviewed my chart before coming in the room, so he knew a great amount of my medical history. Dr. Volak also has exceptional communication skills. He made us feel at ease about my upcoming procedure, and I completely trust him.
