I have been a patient of Dr. Volak for 30 years. He is always attentive to my concerns and answers all my questions in a manner in which I can understand. His knowledge of my UC is extensive and he seems to remain very current on all treatment options. He appears to be genuinely concerned about the health and quality of life of all his patients dealing with long-term intestinal issues. I would highly recommend him to anyone searching for a gastroenterologist.
friendly, great care, very personal
When I called an ask for an appointment, the lead time was 6 weeks. They offered me an appointment with another doctor in 4 days, since I was having intermittent pain. The scheduler talked to the manager and Dr Volak worked me in at the end of the shift on day 4. Boy, is that the right way to care for people!
He explained everything really well and was very willing to answer any questions.
Dr. Volak is compassionate, professional, and a good listener. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Volak has been my doctor for years.. he is very informative and helpful for people like me who may be nervous going to a gastroenterologist! I would highly recommend him!
