Patrick BMW is a fabulous source of parts for my BMW X3!
Very bad work work a very high price. STAY AWAY! Manager is horrible....very cocky. Estimators don't know how to talk to people. They yell and scream in the office and scare customers away. One time a customer made a estimator apologize to another employee after the estimator cursed at him in front of her. Cars leave with damage it didn't have before, it's just a mess. I worked there for 1/2 years and that was the worst. Felt so bad for customers when they left. Good luck whoever goes in there for work.

I bought a CPO 2013 335xi back in July 2016. I bought it with dealer price without any bargainings. Sell advisor took me to test a different car and assured me there is nothing wrong with the one that I want and I trusted him. I brought the car back 4 times consecutively for tail light loose circuit, malfunction cameras and now, my driver seats show tears and ripped . And I mean the seats. It was something wrong and then I noticed someone tried to restore it prior buying the car. But now the leather is falling apart.
Last Saturday my husband and I went in to just test drive a SUV. From the moment we entered until we went home with our brand new car I felt like I was part of the family. No pressure but assurances and confidence of a great car and wonderful support with my purchase. I highly recommend if you are looking for a dependable and luxurious car, ask for Alan he will take care of you from beginning to end. Ahnan was the "genius" man that helped us to learn all the wonderful workings of our new car. Thank you
