BMW Patrick sold me a car that was labeled premium selection: The car has a rattle behind the sunroof. I came in and asked if they could take a look. They told me it would be at least 1500 dollars to do that.... Right taking down the headliner and taking a short look what makes the noise is worth 1500 dollars. The car has 2 different sideskirts: That something like this is labeled premium selection is a joke. That tells me the Bmw premium selection label is worth nothing especially when it comes from BMW Patrick.
RecommendedHanley Dawson and his entire team were awesome to deal with. Their knowledge of the cars they are representing is great and they offer simple instruction and set up. My wife and I, love working with them and they have nothing but a top echelon service from the moment you walk into the door to continued maintenance.
I purchased my car from Patrick BMW about 15 months ago. Their customer service has been outstanding. Josh in service here recently helped me on the phone when I needed guidance on warranty info to replace a tire-I made the call in front of the service advisor in Westmont who didn’t even offer to call Schaumburg to help get the info. We became paired up with Sales advisor, Sal Sapienza when we were looking at purchasing a car. Sal was friendly, personable, and very informative. He made the car buying process super easy. Just got my 2nd BMW from Patrick and couldn't be happier - the sales team (Brian Parker) was very helpful and went the extra mile to find me the car that had exactly what I wanted. The sales manger and tech guru were also very friendly/helpful once my car was delivered - I would highly recommend the Patrick team and look forward to working with them again

My 750 M-series was stolen from the dealership. The theft somehow included a key, or the one I gave them went missing because they had to come get my second key to recover the car. I was appalled that they have refused to fix the damage entirely on the car! I have asked them to send a legal document stating they would fix all of the damage and they are refusing to fix all of the damage, at least that’s what their lawyer said, I’m going to have to go to another BMW dealership to get this fixed and have to go to court to recla... read more
