Stopped in to look at some CPO BMWs and Sal Sapienza approached us after we had some time to look around. He was very low key, asked some questions about what I was looking for and made a few suggestions. We drove a few and found one that we liked. He worked out a good deal for us. Sal was great to work with.
Anna, our saleswomen was exceptional! She helped us over and above from start to finish. She was very knowledgeable and helpful with the purchase of our Mini Cooper! I would highly recommend her and the company to anyone.

What a horrible experience at Patrick BMW!!! Before we came, we exchanged multiple emails, where it was verified by internet sales that the car is available. And the email said that car is prepared and waiting for us. We drove after work to the dealership just to wait for 30 min. Salesperson was completely clueless that we were coming, had no idea what vehicle we were talking about and, of course, it was already sold!!! If there was a -10 I would pick it! The absolute worst customer service!! Went to pick up my car at 8:30pm and they said I have to come back tomorrow because nobody was in service. Then I ask to speak to a manager and the 2 stump salesmen said oh yeah he’s over there. Yeah great service! Then I talk to Keith svet manager and he did nothing! Oh yeah wanted to give me the keys to his Honda Civic! This dealership will never get my business!! Avoid this dealership at all costs!!!
Jennifer was a great pleasure to work with. She was accurate, responsive and she put our needs first. We had a rather unique situation, but Jennifer went above and beyond to address our needs.
