They lost a 750i that was brought in for tire replacement. Yes they were so careless that someone was able to steal a car.
People of color are treated differently at Patrick BMW, Schaumburg, IL. Our experience was horrible and humiliating when we went there to buy a new car. Specifically, we received unfair treatment from sales exec Adam Philippou. When we reported this to his manager Ivan Corack, he promised to get back to us and it's been more than a week but no one has tried to contact us to know more about the incident and resolve it. If you are in the market for a car I would definetely recommend Brian Parker. Brian is an honest, genuine sales person. Brian worked hard for our sale. His customer services skills are fantastic and his honesty is very welcome as a consumer!! I would give Brian an 11 out of 10.
