Just purchased a vehicle from Patrick BMW. My experience was very good. Angelo Tramuta was my salesperson. He is very helpful, courteous, honest, experienced and knowledgeable. Angelo helped me get my trade-in for the fair price. The transaction was smooth, service was awesome. Other staff members were polite and helpful as well. Overall I would recommend this establishment.
The worst experience ever! I may hate BMW because of this dealership!! Total lack of professionalism and common sense! I would not suggest to anyoane buying a BMW from Patrick in Schaumburg IL!!
I called Patrick about a BMW I was interested in and I was told that the Sales Manager, Shane Mason, would have the car ready for me upon my arrival. When my wife and I arrived at Patrick BMW, we were instantly greeted by Shane. We spent a few minutes together and he then put us in touch with Senior Consultant, Bill Earnest. I have leased 2 cars from Bill Earnest and have had above and beyond service. Each time was a pleasure and I will only lease my vehicles from him from here on out. Bill is professional yet personable. He truly cares about my needs when it comes to such a major purchase. He makes you feel like a priority during and after the transaction. I have never had one problem with the follow up service from him or Patrick BMW. I highly recommend him to anyone!
