One of the most enjoyable experiences purchasing a vehicle we've had! We never felt rushed or pressured and we even had two small children with us. I'd highly recommend Vince Valente as your salesman! I was pleasantly surprised to come home today and find two stuffed animals mailed to my home for my two children. Went in with a quote from Internet staff. The manager named Brenz had a real attitude and seriously need lessons to control his anger and how to talk to customers. Never stepping in Patrick again.
I've been there few times for fixing my BMW. I had pleasure working with Blake. So easy working with. He took a great care for what we need. Explains everything and I feel secure to leave my car. Now Me and my husband always looking for him when we have a problem with the car. We want to lease a new car so we start working with Vincent. Great guy too. Went in yesterday to discuss my options on my lease vehicle. I was unsure what I was going to do but after talking to Angelo I ended up getting another lease vehicle. Most of all the experience that I had with Angelo was excellent. He's very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. If you're going to purchase or lease a vehicle go to Patrick BMW and ask for Angelo you will not be disappointed.
Had a great experience and got the best deal around. I would buy another vehicle from them without hesitation. Angelo was a sales person and was very helpful looking through inventory to find just the right car.

I recently purchased my second BMW from Patrick BMW and My salesman was Gary Davis for both vehicles. I live in central Wisconsin and I was taken care efficiently and a very fair deal on both cars. Gary goes over and above to give excellent service. Thanks for the great experience!!
Still waiting for a response from the GM we inquired about last week regarding our lease we turned in for a new one. Really appreciate the $900 charge for a car we no longer have (over a month later) We have never been charged for anything when we re lease with BMW. So much for customer loyalty. This will be our last lease with this dealership.. They clearly do not value their customers and apparently do not believe in follow.
My experience buying my new car at Patrick BMW was wonderful. Angelo was knowledgeable and fun. All my questions were answered. I would definitely recommend Patrick BMW and Angelo.
