Patients first was awesome until Dr. Nguyen took Dr. Lutz's place. Dr. Nguyen is a joke of a doctor!! Will NEVER go there again!! They are losing 10 patients when I switch my family to a new doctor tomorrow.
Needs better customer service. Not very good. Not patient friendly.
I prefer the other branch of this office on the parkway. The receptionist I had the "pleasure" of speaking with had the WORST attitude. He was wearing scrubs, so I'm not sure if he was one of the doctors or one of the nurses, but he seemed to be just a pissed off person and wanted to share it with all he came in contact with. I wish I'd noticed his name, but after this encounter, I will NOT be becoming a patient at the Mahan branch.
Staff is very pleasant, but everytime i come there is a loooooooonnnnnng wait. LoL• Example#1 , I'm sitting in the doctors office at 3 then i get vitals taken @ 4 then I'm escorted to a back room Where lwait approx. 2 more hours. Now lm not used to this at all! But just keeping Tallahassee posted.
I went to Patient's First on North Monroe St. close to Lake Ella in Tallahassee,Fl. concerning a knee injury. I was complaining about what were three bones protruding under the knee tissue and what appears to be water under the knee. The technician did an x ray and the Dr. Carlos Martinez then said that there was no fracture in no uncertain terms and didn't seem to offer me any explanation for the protrusions.The tone of his voice indicated to me that he didn't even believe me that there were any protrusions on the knee. 6 months ago I wrote a review everywhere I could.i did a google review search on patients first and none showed up so I'm writing this. I hope this alone will show how awfull my experience was. After six months in still trying to warn people of their incompetence.
Terrible Experience – If you are sick and hope to get treated by going to the local Patients First, steer clear of Lynn Steele. She is a nurse at the Patients First on Raymond Diehl in Tallahassee. She will argue about your condition and then prescribe ridiculous meds for what she thinks you have:(((((((((((
