Patients first was awesome until Dr. Nguyen took Dr. Lutz's place. Dr. Nguyen is a joke of a doctor!! Will NEVER go there again!! They are losing 10 patients when I switch my family to a new doctor tomorrow.
Needs better customer service. Not very good. Not patient friendly.
I prefer the other branch of this office on the parkway. The receptionist I had the "pleasure" of speaking with had the WORST attitude. He was wearing scrubs, so I'm not sure if he was one of the doctors or one of the nurses, but he seemed to be just a pissed off person and wanted to share it with all he came in contact with. I wish I'd noticed his name, but after this encounter, I will NOT be becoming a patient at the Mahan branch.
Staff is very pleasant, but everytime i come there is a loooooooonnnnnng wait. LoL• Example#1 , I'm sitting in the doctors office at 3 then i get vitals taken @ 4 then I'm escorted to a back room Where lwait approx. 2 more hours. Now lm not used to this at all! But just keeping Tallahassee posted.
